Reservation terms

What the $25 does. A $25 reservation holds your place in the first batch of Alexandria and counts toward the purchase price. It doesn't commit you to buy.

Confirming your order. When your batch is ready, we'll email you. You then have 14 days to confirm your order and pay the balance. We show the shipping cost when you confirm. If you don't confirm within 14 days, we refund your $25 automatically.

Refunds. Your $25 is fully refundable any time before your Alexandria ships. Email hello@alexandriabox.com and we'll process the refund within 5 business days. Your bank decides how soon it reaches your account. If Alexandria doesn't go into production, we refund every reservation automatically.

Ship date and destinations. There is no firm ship date. Our current estimate is early 2027, and it may change. The first batch ships to US addresses only.

Prices. Prices on this site may change before production. You'll see the final price before you confirm.

Who you're dealing with. Alexandria is sold by Cody Wray, hello@alexandriabox.com. Payments are processed by Stripe.
